My printer had worked for a while after I bought it. It currently shows "paper jam" on its screen. I have thouroughly checked and have seen no paper stuck at all. I have turned the printer off and on to no avail. I wonder if a sensor is dirty, but only have printed a total of about 15 pages. Th little while cables inside are twisted a bit and looked torn in one place.
I'd like to be able to fix that if that is the problem. The local PC tech business cost 90/hour plus.
I may upgrade my settings so I can upload a picture of the inside white cabe.
Does anyone have a suggestion?
