Epson xp 225 problem printing

i used my cellphone to print epson xp 225, it work..but when i use my laptop it does not work .what will i do??? This situation i used wifi conmection.

Did you connect laptop to your Wifi network? Can you access Internet using Wifi network?
Did you try printing from WORD application or WORD Pad or Note Pad?
What application did you try to print with? What is your operating system - Windows 10 or MAC?
What model laptop do you use?
