I have recently changed all of the ink with genuine epson cartridges after they all ran out at a similar time. The printer is now no longer printing in black, but all the other colours work perfectly. Previously it was working absolutely fine. I have made sure the cartridges are correct, and I have also gone into the maintenance settings and cleaned the nozzle heads several times, and I have also printed a large document to see if the black will eventually 'bleed' through, but to no avail.
Is anyone else experiencing this problem, or know the solution?
