Printer has set idle for probably a year. Feeds blank pages instead of printing.
Today Installed new drivers Win XP/Pro, Installed new Ink Carridges. Did all the maintenance, nozzle check, head clean, and alignment. Did Printer self check, disconnected from computer. All fail with blank page being fed thru printer.
Read about this solution; Has anyone done this ?
1) Remove all cartridges, use medium size syringe (no needle) with Windex or Witch Hazel.
2) Place syringe over pointed prong where cartridge sets, slowly push plunger 30-45 seconds
3) then do 4 or 5 head cleanings back to back, then nozzle check.
