error unable to init 4f

Hello I have a brother mfc-j265w printer that shows unable to init 4f on it's screen. I have done the following things cleaned the encoder strip, checked for foreign objects, and reset the machine. I have had this for several days now. Last night while looking under the hood I discovered that the print head will not move from the far right side.Any help would be great. Thank You Larry
