The print driver can also print head test patterns (which look like cyan has gone blocked now since the problem started). However the various utility tools, updaters, firmware updaters all fail to find any printer at all via the USB connection that just printed fine. Large parts of this are not dependant on a computer at all and look like firmware is damaged or buttons all failed together (unlikely). Any idea how I can make progress with this???
