Hello,
Since updating the OS on my laptop from Vista to Windows 7, I have been unable to successfully install the drivers for my HP deskjet F2280 all-in-one printer/scanner.
I have downloaded the windows 7 driver from the hp site, it installs the driver fine but at the stage that it is required that the USB cable is attached to configure the printer, the program hangs on step 5/7.
I have tried running the installer with all anti-virus and firewalls disabled, and have also tried installing the vista drivers in compatability mode, all to no avail.
Anyone know of anything that may be able to resolve this?
Thank you.
