Green prints out blue in Epson L550

I am trying to print out a green frame from Photoshop but it prints out blue. Have done a nozzle test there are no faint lines or gaps there. Have tried lots of configurations to no avail. I have plenty of ink in all colours. Could the yellow be clogged? If so how do I unclog it? Any ideas please.
Can anyone link me to a site which explains how to configure colour for this printer? Thank you.

Solved. Called Epson Agent who told me to go to printer properies, maintenance, and to do Head Cleaning 3 times and Power Ink Flushing twice and, hey presto
I could print out in yellow.
