Greeting cards R1900

Hi,

I have an Epson R1900, and I'm looking to make greeting cards. I'm wondering what paper you would recommend for this. I'm looking for paper that is gloss on one side, then matte on the other to allow for writing with in the card. If you have any other ideas besides the matte/gloss combo please do share. I haven't ever made cards before so this a whole new realm for me.
