My HP Officejet 4620 Not printing black ink unless I use "Clean printheads" tool from printer menu
1st level doesn't work
after i use I use "Clean printheads" 2nd level it print black color but only for few pages
Then my printer not printing black ink again
and i have to repeat "Clean printheads" 2nd level again
can anyone tell me where is the problem?
