HL-L5200DW - Override Replace Fuser & Replace Laser messages

Hi, our above printer is working fine but these messages have come up (I believe after 100,000 pages printed).
Have searched the net but can't find how to override (reset) the fuser and laser to get rid of these pesky messages.

Please help.
