My brother mfc-j4610dw says I have a paper jam. I found an A4 under the scanner lid which was the last page of several I was printing off the internet. I removed it and checked it for tears etc but found none. Crumpled yes but torn no. I checked all other areas and trays but printer still says I have a jam. Looked everywhere I could think of for a scrap but cannot find any trace whatsoever. Printer still tells me of a jam. Will appreciate all help in this matter.

No. All I get from Brother is their web link to troubleshhoting. Basically says to turn printer off insert a stiff (photo paper) sheet in the manual slot and turn back on. Tried it a few times to no avail. Gone round the printer with magnifying glass and still no bits.
