How to fix broken Canon G3570 paper feed

I have a canon G3570 and after only two uses the paper feed stopped working properly - it is clearly trying to roll the paper through, but the paper is just scrunching up. I've had a basic look at the feed and it seems clear and have cleaned the feeder a few times, but that does not make any difference. Does anyone know how I can work out what is going wrong with it - just looking at it I cannot see where the rollers are that should be feeding it. Anyone know what I can do to work out what the issue is ? Not sure which bit to open up to get a good look at it.
