hp 1515 deskjet

Hi all !!! my Hp deskjet printer recently printed out this page, and then i got a problem with my black ink cartridges. It exists still and the cartridges, even brand new ones, are not getting recognized by the printer. The technicians from local hp support aren't good to solve this problem. So if you guys could help me out, I would be glad.
Honestly I don't know any of the words printed in this sheet. So be kind and explain it to me in understandable words. I am not a techie but I will try my best to understand your replies.
