Been having an issue with our 4350 for a few months now our third party vendor isn't haven't much luck fixing it.
We have an optional 1500 sheet tray 3 and and a 500 sheet stacker bin.
The problem we are having is that the printer won't send the paper to the stacker bin. The motor on the stacker bin kicks in, the rollers start spinning... but then the paper comes out of the normal output. Then i get a 13.12.10 Jam in output Accessary when there is no paper stuck in the printer. Only way to get rid of that error message is to turn the printer on and off.
We have replaced
DC Controller Board x2
Formatter
Fuser and Rollers
Top Stacker Bin trays x2
Mainboard
Have updated firmware on the formatter
Running out of ideas, can anyone give me any ideas.
