I have hp 2131 all in one basic printer for home use as I don't need to use the printer regularly. After ink in the cartridges was over, I bought the refill ink from amazon of good quality. After refilling the cartridges as per the instructions black cartridge is working fine, from the colour cartridge blue colour is working fine but yellow colour is not coming and from the print head magenta ink is spilling all over wherever I place the cartridge. So after usage, I remove the cartridges and keep them away to avoid leaked inside the printer. The cartridges are hp 803. As shown in some youtube videos I have tried to unclog the heads of the colour cartridge by placing the cartridge in water bowl and pumping air from top side hole, but no use. Please help.
