Hi guys.
I have just purchased a HP Designjet 1050c plotter second hand. I have no cables or CD's with it.
It is being used at work with a laptop next to it so doesnt need to be on our local network.
Can I wire it straight into the laptop and if so what cables do I use. I have tried using the ethernet connection in the back and plugging the other end into the laptop but it's not being picked up by the laptop.
I have also tried installing the drivers but the download from hp.com is just a selection of small files that I unzip and can then do nothing with.
I'm completely lost here guys. Any help would be much appreciated.
