Hp Laserjaet CP2025 color printing problem

Hello, i have a problem with my hp CP2025, when i print pictures it prints with color no problem, when i try to print a PDF file or Powerpoint presentation it prints black & white.

i have checked the following:

- inc cartridges are all full
-print setings all in colour
-powerpoint stings set to color
-setings on th printer itself are also configured to color
-unpluged the printer, restarted the pc....

i don't know what to check.

please help me.

You are not the only one with this problem for sure. Some suggest that the Universal drivers PCL 5 or PCL 6 can be the problem and using a Windows driver will solve the problem. Having said that I have known some who still have problems even after that. I might see if HP themselves can help, but I wont hold my breath
