Some streaks you can see are from the drum revolving (light to dark) and some streaks run 90 degrees to the others, like the drum was dirty but it was cleaned. I even swapped chips from the cyan and put the cyan chip on the magenta cartridge and magenta chip on the cyan cartridge and it was still the cyan position in the tray that was causing the problem but now with the magenta.
