So I have this printer, name is in the title, its all configured and looks good to go. I have the drivers and firmware installed, and I have also run the HP printer dr program download available straight from hp's website. The program says the printer is in a busy state currently and that it needs to be shutdown and restarted to clear the busy status, which I tried several times to do, but after turning the printer back on, it still wont respond to any standard print requests. The dr program will allow a print test to print fine, but nothing else. How would/could this be solved so that printing will function??? Any ideas anyone? please and thank you.
