Please can some one assist me with a rather confusing problem.
My client has an HP 6313 officejet printer. When she prints a document in adobe, it prints okay. When she prints from microsoft word the first page prints fine and the from the second page onward it starts to print like the ink is running out. The ink cartridges are still above normal levels. I have uninstalled the drivers and reinstalled and still the same problem persists.
What could be causing this problem. Specs are as follows.
intel celeron laptop running windows 10. Office 2013.
