HP Officejet 7500A will not connect or print

Since last week my printer has stopped working, I have tried uninstalling and re installing full software package and drivers but to no avail. Windows and HP installation can see the printer and the wired IP address but fails to complete the installation. The software can even tell me how much ink I have left and that they are not HP cartridges.

I have tried all the suggestions I can find on the internet but they do not make any difference.

It will not re install.

Roy: Try OEM HP brand Ink cartridges and ink. Many manufacturers have precluded use of
non OEM cartridges with latest Firmware updates.
