Along with that info I've removed the firewall and the AVG antivirus (this computer uses free version of AVG and I disabled all the AVG software that was included with this software) I've also tried (in the utility section of the HP Photosmart section) HP Printer Install Wizard for Windows 7, HP Hardware Diagnostic Utility, HP Scan Diagnostic Utility and the HP Home Network Diagnostic Utility tools that was provided on the HP Printer website and still no luck. What happens when I try to install this driver, it downloads fine (I use firefox web browser) and when I try to install the driver it extracts everything then the startup program for the driver never starts up. I've tried connecting the printer through USB and seeing if this would resolve the issue and still no luck. I've tried everything I could imagine what could be wrong or with me doing something wrong and still no luck. All help is appreciated. Thank you for your time. [/QUOTE]
