HP Universal Printer Driver

Hello,

Has anyone seen the situation where N/A appears in the page count column of the printer queue on Windows 10 when using the HP Universal Printer Definition. I have been trying to fix this problem but have not found a solution yet.

Any assistance would be very much appreciated,
