Has anyone had a paper jam error with their HP6310 All in One Printer? I looked in the manual to see had to remove the paper jam and did so and pressed OK on the front panel, but the error condition will not go away. I called HP customer service and spoke with 3 different people and they could not resolve the issue. The printer is only 2 mths old and I do not see why I should have to accept a reconditioned printer as a replacement.
