Cant seem to find a forum for these printers or the software we're using with it!
The printer is a Thermal Receipt printer and the software using it is Dockmaster by Exuma Technologies
For some reason we're unable to get Windows or the Dockmaster software understanding how wide the receipt papers are, or for the pesky thing to cut off the receipts in the correct space (it seems to cut them off early!)
If anyone has any advice on suggestions for setting up this kind of printer I would *love* to hear from you...
