I've had to reinstall the Kodak printer software 5 times in 8 months. I only assume because Norton AV thinks it's an IP invasion or virus. I don't have the time or patience for this. When I go to print it gives me an error message Printer Not Responding error code 105-100003
Any convenience that a wirelesss printer offers is offset by having to completely reinstall the software to reacquaint the wireless printer to my laptop using NOrton AV. There is no help, no link, no direction; only a meaning less lifeless error code. 2 questions
1) How do u remedy this
2) Why would I ever by a Kodak product again?
