Konica Minolta 2300DL "Media Jam Transfer Roller"

I have a Minolta 2300 DL color laser printer, and it keeps saying "Media jam, Transfer roller" error. It will print a page, but the paper will be off, like the image is two inches too low. Then, it will hang in the ejector rollers and I will have to pull the last two inches out.

I have tried pulling the roller assembly out of the side door, and putting it back in, and I have cleaned all the rollers I can see.

But it says the issue every time.

Can anyone help me?
