Konica minolta C251i light, extralight and thin font print fading issue

Dear All, I have a Konica Minolta Bizhub C251i, and we are a Corporate Communication firm that handles various financial document typesetting. We are currently verifying these documents with a dummy print on the Konica C251i model. after printing we have noticed that , with Open Sans thin or Poppins extralight font the printout is extremely hazy where the same print is coming from another HP low end printer is OK.

Can anyone help me with this?

N.B. the local vendor given up to find the solution for this issue, should I connect with konica Minolta directly for this?
