Konica Minolta - Printer "freezes"

Our office has a Konica Minolta Magicolor 1690MF and a few months ago it started to have an issue where every once in a while you would need to turn it off and back on because it would kind of "freeze". A few months down the road, it's now doing this almost every time we print so you print, restart the printer, and then the document comes out.

Any help would be appreciated, and if you have any questions just let me know.
