Kyocera 3010i issues

I've been having issues printing with our Kyocera 3010i printer.

When I want to print something, it basically blocks the printer. It doesn't print at all and essentially prevents everyone else from printing. The jobs stack up because of the one that isn't working. All the other computers in the office using that printer work properly.

The drivers have been uninstalled and reinstalled as well as updated. Our technician came and was unable to fix the problem. I was hoping maybe someone went through the same issue and may have some insight on how to solve the problem.
