Hi
I have acquired this machine recently.
Took out developer units and put back in to fix up printing issues
Now I get nothing on page at all.
I saw the counter needs to be reset.
But in that section in maintenance mode the counter is greyed out. I cant do it.
Not sure this is right menu option or fix.
But I can find no other option related to this.
Firmware is updated already.
If anything i am missing to fix this issue please let me know would be great.
