Kyocera FS-C2126MFP+ Scanning Issue

Hello,
I have a scanning problem with Kyocera FS-C2126MFP+.
The scanner is installed in Twain mode. If I try to scan, the machine starts scanning, then it says connection issue and the scan is cancelled.
Anybody knows about this issue?

Try to re-install the scanner driver. Delete first the currently installed scanner in your computer then install the scanner driver back.
