Laser printer for Graphic Design

Hi!

For a couple years now I been searching for a laser (b/w) printer that's with same X Y resolution. I mostly require some graphics to be printed out and retouched. Amazon offers brother printer that's best selling but I've been reluctant to buy it since it has unequal horizontal and vertical resolution.

I found an HP printer with equal XY resolution but forgot where I saved the link. So basically I would be open to try anything laser based with moderate to high and equal XY resolution.

Any ideas welcome!
