Layout Selection

I am running a Stylus Photo R2000 with Mac OS X Mountain Lion.
Everything was fine until now when three of the four choices for page orientation are greyed out and I can only select "portrait" in one direction. I have several sets of presets and this is occurring in all of them.
Can anyone help?
