LED Lights won't turn on

I have a brother 2270dw printer it was working fine and then one day I noticed the LED lights were out. I switched the machine off and turned it back on all the lights came on and then immediately went out I had no error messages can someone tell me what's wrong

Check your power cables, maybe its loose. Or look for another wall plug to test.
Reinsert power cable in the printer side. Or check the continuity of you power cable using a multitester.
