Hello folks, I am from Brazil and a newbie in printer repair. I want to repair in my Lexmark C782 printer. I already made a good cleanup and lubrification of the bearings. Also have replaced toner cartridges, fuser and image transfer unit. It is printing at reasonable quality now, but I have an issue with magenta color that seems to be a little more complex (maybe something with the print head, or laser).
I get no error message or code, but printing of magenta parts of the image looks very poor on the left side, with bad coverage, and i notice various small dots of red/magenta all over the area. I also noticed that the color tone changes on the right and on the left side of the print. I will attach some pics in order to clarify.
I appreciate very much any comments that can lead to solve the problem. Thanks.
