Hello,
I have a Lexmark MX511dhe on work network and when I first got it (about 1 year ago) I was able to use the Remote Operator Panel via the PC to scan documents. Now I get a Java message that its not installed, but it is. I read up and found out that the new java does not support this plugin or something like that.
Is there a work around to use this remote panel or would it work if I downgraded my Java?
"Java support needed. Enable Java on your browser or click here to download Java."
