lexmark printer problem

My printer is lexmark Z615. I having some problem when I want to print my documents in black and white only , however the option of ''print colour image in black and white'' turn grey and I can't click it. How to solve this problem? Please help me.

There must be a heading option for that. Make sure you haven't tick any. Kindly check for any related icons like "colored only," etc. When you finish, you could be able to access that button again.

I had seen carefully, and there is no other option like ''colored only'' .

I do not literally mean the term "colored only." It's just anything that can be related to it.

But I saw a site here: Print in black and white | Acrobat, Reader. Maybe you can try to check if this will work. Just try to manipulate the options here although your problem is not related to Adobe something.

If still not, maybe it a problem of your toner brand or kind.
