Lexmark x792, question about set up menu.

I have a user who recently had a printer setup in her office, she can access the set up menu on copy jobs to change options like color and such but on scan jobs (scan to email) when she clicks on that option it just beeps. What do I need to check for in the EWS to get this issue resolved for her? I have looked all over but can't seem to find anything that may be related to this option. Thanks in advance and let me know if you need anymore information and I will provide!

My scanner simply scans whatever desired, without ability to preset color option, brightness etc.
Once scan complete and archived your computer, then one can modify scan with application of choice.
