Lines printing on the top of my image

Hi everyone
I’m having some trouble with my Canon ip8750, I have printed many times before but for some reason today when I’m trying to print an image on A5 (which I’ve also done before) it’s printing these two lines at the top... I ran all the necessary cleaning etc and the lines have turned into one line now, but there is no sign of them on preview and I need to get rid! Has anyone got any suggestions? Thanks
