Load distribution/spooler problems

Hi!

I currently have 15 Epson printers distributed (connected) to 3 different PCs,
those PC's have them shared so that all of them plus another 3 in the network can print to them.

The files we're printing are varied, but it's all mainly graphics, images and designs.

Currently, when printing a file from any computer, it hangs when spooling and we have frequent errors on the printers such as them appearing offline or just errors on the spooled files and them canceling for no reason.

The PCs where printers are connected (via USB) are:
  • two Acer Veriton w/ Intel Atom D525 @1.8GHz Processor and 2GB on RAM and
  • one Compaq Presario CQ3 w/Intel Atom D2500 @1.86GHz with 2GB on RAM
working on 32-bit Windows 7 OS and connected to WLAN

The printers are 6 Epson Stylus Office T1110 and 9 Epson Stylus Office T30.

I've been researching on how to manage the work, but haven't find anything.. so any suggestions are deeply appreciated.
