I really hope that somebody may help us, because we faced a big issue being in the shared office with our own printer. We use mf8500c UFRII LT XPS. Random people come and print/copy from our printer that is why we want to protect our printer from others trying to print or copy from it. Is there any way we can do it? We looked at the software to password protect it, but I am not sure if copying function will be disabled with it as well. Please, help. Thanks!
