Looping error message, no code.

Epson wf 635 ( love this printer)
Error message to turn off and on. No code.
No response from the ink carriage, as of there is no communication from the keyboard to the rest of the printer.
I can only turn it on and off. Nothing happens.
Have I lost my printer?
I only cleaned out the print head.
Worked a week. Then read M ink not recognized. Then nothing.
Can I save my printer, ( I just bought a new print head too :(.
Have not installed it yet.
