This printer is two years old!
The control panel hinges have lost friction and the panel drops straight to vertical when released. Epson's so-called 'Support centre's' advice is to take it to a service centre, but those in epson's approved list only seem interested in the commecal machines. Where can i buy the parts in the UK to repair this fault as epson theirselves don't seem either interested in the problem or give a monkey's?
