MFC-440CN not printing from PC

Hi,
My MFC-440CN stopped working today, it will copy, scan to the PC, and print a test page, ink levels OK.
When I try to send a document from the PC to the printer I get the normal dialogue box asking how many pages etc.
After clicking print nothing happens, it does not print. No error messages and the printer shows as on-line.
I have checked for drivers and it says I have the best one.
The PC works with another printer.
Have swapped the USB leads both leads checkout OK
Help Please!

Update tried a firmware update no luck
