MFC-7360N tray feed problem

I have a Brother MFC-7360N which has developed a problem feeding paper from the tray. The paper is lifted and starts to feed upward, but does not get all the way. I have checked the feed rollers at the top of the paper tray and all are turning and look in good condition. We can manually feed paper with no issues. The printer was working, we ran out of paper. When we loaded the new paper into the machine, it would not work.

Any suggestions on what is wrong and how to correct?
