Hello, I have a Canon MG7550 which has worked fine until recently. I don't use the official Canon ink and it hasn't been an issue for the last 12 months. It wasn't used for a while but recently I purchased new ink. The issue I am having is with Code 1415. The Magenta ink is not recognised. I have taken the print cartridge out and cleaned it with a lint free cloth and alcohol, but no joy.
Things to note.
The cartridge is placed correctly.
The other cartridges are fine
I also placed a spare magenta, as well as the empty cartridge and I get the same message.
I have powered on and off.
Any ideas?
