mi printer doeasnt recognize the cartriges

the on-off button, reset, plug, unplug, didnt work
how can i solve this?
the mptool doesnt support the canon pixma mp 140

edit:

I already cleaned the contacts with cotton with alcohol
How do I know if they are damaged?
