mp560 problem

hi guys

i have no ink at all printing on my MP560. I took out the print head and sluiced warm water through it until clean and tried to re-insert it. After re-insertion I got a U052 error message "The type of print head is incorrect...." and yet it is the same print head I took out 10 minutes ago!

can anyone offer any suggestions please?
